It has been a wild year of developments and updates for Jigso AI, most recently with the release of Jigso’s enterprise version and the new integrations to Gmail and Google Calendar. And the developments continue as we’re excited to announce that Jigso AI is not only available natively in Slack but now also in its own web app!
To access your Jigso AI via the new web app, click here and login or go to Jigso on Slack, click the About section at the top and click the link near the top, “Jigso Web”.
Jigso's web app is your AI command center that allows you to streamline and interact with all your work apps & files from one place. There you will find your main dashboard giving an overview, your Action Items, custom alerts configured, Reminders, Knowledge Base and insights into your team’s usage. From the web app, you can also access Jigso's chat in Slack, as seen at the top of the left-hand menu bar.
In addition to creating your own action items, Jigso automatically detects & pulls action items from your Slack conversations and Gmail so you never miss a thing. From the Action Items section, you can also view Completed Action Items and the progress on Action Items assigned by you to team members.
Jigso's custom alerts feature is definitely one of the favorites. Use Jigso to track anything important to you from keywords such as contract or churn to clients or tickets. Set up custom alerts to stay ahead of potential issues such as knowing when a ticket is stuck in the same stage for a certain amount of time.
For Reminders, you can continue to ask Jigso in the chat to remind you of anything but now you can also create them in the web app, as well as have an overview of all reminders.
Jigso AI is many things, including your master information hub for all your apps and files. In addition to uploading files into the Jigso chat, you can now upload them into the web app for Jigso to reference when you have questions. You can also make them available to your wider team for them to reference.
The Team section on the web app gives managers an overview of how their team members are utilizing Jigso.
