What are AI Agents?

As discussed in our previous article, Agentic AI Explained, AI has made enormous strides in the last few years with the most recent evolution being an agentic AI workflow done by AI agents. In brief, agentic AI refers to AI systems that can act independently to achieve certain objectives.  These agents don’t just execute predefined tasks or respond to prompts. By itself, it can break down complex tasks into smaller, manageable steps and execute them autonomously. For example, if you were to ask ChatGPT for research on a certain topic, an agentic AI workflow would break that top level goal into smaller tasks needed in order to achieve the goal with the highest quality; plan it out, search the internet, summarize papers, research material, analyze, write, edit and so on.

Jigso’s AI Agents at Work:

Work today for most of us consists of hours upon hours each week searching for and putting together information, researching or analyzing topics, preparing for meetings, getting up to speed on topics or tracking activity. Similar to the example above about the research paper, Jigso’s AI Agents are now deployable for a range of critical research, analysis and monitoring tasks - saving you hours and allowing you to make more informed decisions, faster.

Simply select one of the AI Agents covering research on individuals or companies, analyzing clients, competitors or getting up to speed on product updates or internal topics.  For example, let’s say you have a client meeting to prepare for, which could take a couple hours depending on the meeting type. Click the Meeting prep agent and enter in the client name.

The meeting prep agent will then deploy its own mini agents to plan, search for and gather information across your work apps, research information across the web, summarize files, analyze communications and organize it all together in a comprehensive, easy-to-digest summary.

Another example could be preparing for QBR meeting (Quarterly Business Review) with a client -  a complicated task that requires hours of work from multiple team members and meetings to discuss.  Putting Jigso’s QBR agent to work it will:

  • Get the general details from the CRM
  • Retrieve any latest news & info from the web
  • Analyze client usage from the past 90 days
  • Summarize internal & external communications
  • Analyze tickets and issues
  • Highlights risks & opportunities
  • Suggest action items moving forward

Custom AI Agents for Companies:

Jigso’s enterprise version doesn’t just have more advanced features, unlimited usage and a stacked client success and support team but also custom built AI Agents for all teams. Identifying what’s important for each team (Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, Marketing, Management) during onboarding, our team will configure custom AI Agents per team - saving them critical time searching for and gathering data, prepping for meetings, getting up to speed or tracking activity and allowing to focus on higher value tasks.
